We have a combined 15+ years of experience in various industries, from higher education and federal agencies to nonprofits and international organizations. We believe in the importance of both educational and lived experience, and our team brings a wealth of both knowledge and experience in people and culture along with business development.

She has over 12 years of experience using her analytical and strategy development skillset to merge diversity, equity, and inclusion with business operations and development for companies and organizations across many industries.

Tamara is a business management, communications, and marketing professional. She has infused her passion for equity, and inclusion into overseeing the business logistics and client support at DSRD Consulting.
